Shipping costs

Within our delivery area we charge a flat 9,90 € for parcels. From a merchandise value of 750,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Large and heavy pieces cannot be sent as parcels. If your order contains at least one such item, a forwarder delivers it and we charge 89,00 €; the free-shipping threshold does not then apply. The cost that applies to your order is shown in the cart and before you submit the order.

Delivery area

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France. Delivery to parcel lockers or PO boxes is not possible. Forwarder goods are delivered kerbside unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery time

OPEN — to be completed before publication: the usual delivery times for parcel and forwarder goods. Delivery information binds the seller towards consumers, so we state a figure here only once it has been agreed with the carriers.

Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days. How to do that, who bears the cost of return and which periods apply is set out in full in our withdrawal instruction; you can declare the withdrawal itself using the withdrawal function on this website.
